Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days before the event date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
3. Service Provision
- Pour & Co. will provide professional bartenders, bar setups, glassware, and beverages as per the agreed package.
- Any additional services requested on the event day will be subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure that the event venue has the necessary permissions and licenses for serving alcohol.
- Adequate space and facilities should be provided for the bar setup.
- The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests to Pour & Co. equipment.
5. Age and Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 25 years and above, in compliance with Indian laws.
- Valid age proof may be requested by our staff.
- Pour & Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
- In Delhi, the legal drinking age is 25 years, and establishments must verify age using physical government-issued IDs. Digital copies are not accepted, except those stored in the government’s Digilocker portal.
6. Liability
- Pour & Co. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
- We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Force Majeure
- Pour & Co. shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
